UR3e Universal Robot
The UR3e is the lightest table-top robot (11kg) offering unrivalled flexibility and positioning accuracy in a compact form. It is perfectly suited for automated precision tasks up to 3kg and has a footprint of 128mm.
It is force sensitive and can be set to stop immediately when it encounters a force as low as 50 Newton.
Universal Robots are lightweight, space-saving, and easy to re-deploy to multiple applications without changing your production layout. Moving the cobot to new processes is fast and easy, giving you the agility to automate almost any manual task, including those with small batches or fast change-overs. The cobot is able to re-use programs for recurrent tasks.
With infinite spin on the last joint the UR3e can be used for screwing tasks without having to add additional devices. It is ideal for the mounting of small objects, gluing, screwing, operating tools, soldering and painting. Now you can replace human operators in dirty, dangerous, and dull jobs to reduce repetitive strain and accidental injuries.
- Automate tasks up to 3 kgs (6.6 lbs)
- Reach radius of up to 500 mm (19.7 in)
- High-precision accuracy for smaller production environments.
- Modulate payloads of up to 3 kg (6.6 lbs),
- Perfect for scientific, pharmaceutical, agriculture, electronics and technology facilities.
- Excels at mounting small objects, gluing, screwing, operating tools, soldering and painting.
- Designed for shorter reach environments,
- Can be deployed in tight spaces
- Infinite spin on the last joint, use for screwing tasks without adding additional devices.
