HOKUYO Laser Range Finder
The UBG-05LN is a programmable laser distance measuring and obstacle detection scanner.
- Automated Guided Vehicles
- Operating principle is that semicircular field is scanned by laser(λ=785nm) and the coordinates is calculated by measuring distance to object and its step angle and it detects obstacles in setting area.
- Scanning angle(detecting area) is 180° and detecting area can be free to set with 0.1 to 5m(length) and 4m(width) and it can set detecting distance with 3 steps output per each area.
- It can change the detecting area(31 kinds max.) that was set beforehand by outer bit input.
- Power source is 24VDC and current consumption is 150mA or less.
|Power Source||24VDC (available operating range 18 to 30VDC, ripple within 10%)|
|Current Consumption||150mA or less but rush current 300mA is required when start-up (when 24VDC)|
