Active Robots Rewards

Active Robots (Retail) Ltd has introduced a loyalty rewards scheme. This scheme enables you to earn points through the site for various actions. You are then able to redeem your points to reduce the cost of your order.

You can view your accumalated points at any time by signing into your account on the website.

Rewards

You can spend your points on the shopping cart page, to reduce your order value, up to a maximum of 500 points (£5.00) per order.

Ways you can earn points:

• Creating an account (50 points),
• Buying a product.

 Points earned on products:

You can earn 1 point for every £1.00 spent excluding Vat and shipping. The number of points are displayed next to the product. Products that are discounted or on special offer will not earn points.

You must have a registered account and be logged in, to earn/spend points. The points will be removed after 365 days of inactivity.
