Active Robots Retail’s Response to COVID-19
Following the increase in severity of the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK and around the world, the wellness, health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and vendors is paramount and our very top priority.
During this unprecedented time, we aim to provide the best level of service possible to our customers, partners and vendors.
As of today, Friday 10th April, 2020, our e-commerce retail operation is operating as normal and continues to accept and dispatch orders.
Delays in the circumstances may happen, but we are doing are best to provide the best service possible.
Our customer service team is reduced in number, but available to help if possible.
We are working closely with our suppliers to maintain good stock levels where possible. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 opening days but delays may occur as couriers may become overloaded, understaffed and/or facing various restrictions.
For deliveries requiring a signature, Royal Mail and DPD couriers will no longer ask customers to sign the hand held devices. Instead the delivery person will log the name of the accepting person.
