SSI-SPI SBL/GBL Adapter

The SSI / SPI Adapters convert the SSI signal to SPI by synthetically generating a CS (Chip Select) signal from the SSI Clock.  

This allows the use of SSI encoders with the Roboteq SBL/GBL family of products.
