The 3083 provides efficient power at 12DC, 5.0 Amps, 60 Watts. It is protected against over-current, over-voltage, short-circuits and over-temperature.

This power supply can be used with Phidgets that accept an external power supply, or for projects that need a power source.

This is the largest power supply we offer and should be used , for example, with the stepper and dc motor controllers that require a larger amount of current and power to meet your project's motor speed and torque requirements.
