Clamping shaft couplers have several advantages over set screw hubs.they have more holding power in high torque applications, and do not damage the shaft. However they are not as well balanced for high speed rotation.
They have two equally spaced 5/40" tapped holes and are machined from 6061-T6 aluminium.
