Active Robots is delighted to announce that we have successfully achieved registration to the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Following an assessment by an independent organisation, Active Robots has been successful in achieving ISO 9001 Certification. This internationally recognised prestigious award for quality is an International Standard in use worldwide as a benchmark for Quality.
The award recognises Active Robots commitment to an exceptional quality of service. With only around 3% of UK business holding this Certificate, Active Robots are now at the forefront of quality service and customer care.
Ever since the company was founded quality has been important to us. Careful recording of all business functions, requirements and outcomes is a vital part of ensuring we give our customers the best possible service. It also allows us to follow up queries, provide support and customer care long after an order has been completed.
Neil Urquhart, who undertook the assessment for CQS Certified Quality Systems, paid particular tribute to “the investor in people and training that enables Active Robots to provide an efficient service to their customers.”
