Calibrated Magnetometer Mouse
This is a very unique device designed to capture complex magnetic and tilt data. The Atmel based device contains a triple axis accelerometer and triple axis magneto. The Atmel enumerates over USB as an HID device and will immediately start acting as a mouse when attached to any OS that supports USB mice.
Unit comes with an attached 5' USB cable but can be opened up and accessed over a UART for easier connections to a microcontroller.

Dual Axis Magnetic Sensor Eval Board - Honeywell HMC1052L
This is a simple eval board for the HMC1052L magnetic sensor. The MOSFET reset and amplifier circuitry are all on board. All you need is a sensitive ADC and a logic pin for the reset control and you can get magnetic heading! No external circuitry required. We recommend at least a 16-bit ADC to get as much resolution as possible.
