Phidgets are an easy to use set of building blocks for low cost sensing and control from your PC. Using the Universal Serial Bus (USB) as the basis for all Phidgets, the complexity is managed behind an easy to use and robust Application Programming Interface (API). Applications can be developed quickly in Visual Basic, VBA (Microsoft Access and Excel), LabView, Java, Delphi, C and C++.

PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/0/4
The PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/0/4 board is a USB-based controller, with 4 Digital Outputs (Relays). The relays are certified for 10 Amps at 125 VAC (manufacturer specification listed at 240VAC. Each relay has three connections - Common (C), Normally Open (NO), and Normally Closed (NC).
The PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/0/4 board can be controlled from a variety of Software Development Environments. In Visual Basic the PhidgetManager, IPhidget and PhidgetInterfaceKit software component provide a high level programmer interface for the entire line of Phidget controllers. Other software development environments, C++, Labview, Delphi, are supported through libraries and a DLL are provided for quick and easy development.
The PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/0/4 and the other Phidgets are the most user friendly system available for controlling and sensing the environment from your computer.
