Miga NanoMuscle

Another great linear actuator from Miga Motors.

The NM70 is a very small electric actuator that utilizes Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) with a 4.0mm stroke when exposed to 3.5V and 410mA.

The amazing thing is this 1.1g device can move up to 70g!

MigaOne Linear Actuator

MigaOne is a unique electric actuator based on Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) wire, also known as muscle wire. Exposing the MigaOne to 10V and 2.7A for half a second will cause the wires to heat up, contract, and push what ever is attached to the arm with 2.5 lbs. (11N) of force. Surprisingly strong for such a slim actuator. This is a very new type of actuator with many interesting potential applications. Checkout the datasheet for more ideas and information.

Miga Rotary 6P

Nanomuscle is a shape memory alloy based rotary actuator.

Rotation up to 60 degrees in either direction.

Built-in digital controls and protection, simply apply 3-6V at 350mA and the rotary will turn.

Rotation up to 60 degrees in either direction. 2 pin version gives you direct on/off control.

Simply apply 3-6V at 350mA and the rotary will turn.

Miga Control Switch

This is a simple MOSFET limiting switch for the Miga Motors. This allows the Miga Motors to be run safely with a power supply. The board uses the feedback switch to control the exposure time to the muscle wires.

Attach the control switch to a Miga motor, power with 0 to 30VDC depending on the spec or your motor, hit the button and the motor will activate.
