Easy-Step™ 3000 Industrial Interface The ease of use of the ES3000 Industrial Interface boards allows their rapid incorporation into almost any project. Supplied with PC Interface software making the building and control of a final application simple and quick. Its small physical size makes it ideal for incorporating in robots and other industrial control equipment.

The Easy-Step 3000 Industrial Interface (ES3IIB) is an advanced stepper motor drive and control system that will support unipolar stepper motors up to 35V and 3 Amps per phase.

• Drive Unipolar Stepper Motors in Full 2 Phase, Full 1 Phase and Half Step
• Simple clearly marked connections
• Motor connections via screw terminal or 6 pin plug-in header
• Motor phase coil 'electrical noise' suppression
• Extended 'Logic supply' voltage input range - 6.5 to 30VDC
• Logic supply reverse polarity protected
• Input protection and filtering on IP1-5 and in/out
• Transient voltage suppression on Logic supply input
• Current protected 5V output/input
• Power LED (Orange = indicates 5V is Healthy)
• 5V PSU over current fault LED (100mA trip level, self re-setting)
• 5V PSU input crowbar over-voltage protection (5V6 Clamp)
• High quality 'rising clamp' screw terminal blocks
• Logic supply via screw terminals or 2 pin plug-in header
