Problems after delivery

Carefully inspect the contents of your order upon receipt. Small items may have settled and may be hidden at the bottom of the box or package. If you find a problem, please contact us immediately. We want to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

  • Damaged items – Keep all packaging materials for our inspection.
  • Need to return the product? - Please read our returns policy and Contact Us  first, before sending the goods back.
  • Missing items – The item may have been out of stock or back ordered - please see the back ordered notification slip with the goods.
